      Harness has high expectations and the culture to deliver on those expectations. The enablement is frequent and thorough. The teamwork is top notch across all teams. People listen to understand, care about the human, and altogether get ship done.

      Pace may not be for everyone, there is a lot of work to do. Scaling to become a mature company can be challenging at times.
