Pros
I've been at the Harper for almost 4 years. In that time I have consistently seen management show their loyalty and care for their employees. It is a family atmosphere that embraces progress over perfection. They support you even when mistakes are made with an attitude that there is always something to learn. For a smaller (even though we are growing), they are fair with their compensation. A lot of the people here have worked here for many many years (some even as long as over 40 years), which shows how good of a company it is work for. The people and the dedication to integrity, excellence, and building trust make this company great.
Cons
You won't get paid as much as you would at a huge company (like Fluor or the like), but the benefits far outweigh the pay. Here you are a valued person instead of a number. Your job isn't at risk every time a project ends. Harper looks out for their people and are committed to providing a stable job security.
