Great coworkers! The work environment is very friendly and everyone gets along with one another. The culture is professional yet relaxed. The different departments are also able to easily work with each other. It is small enough that you will know all of your fellow employees, but large enough that you may not see certain individuals for long periods of time. Paid overtime plus other perks not typically found in other CPA firms. There were annual raises and bonuses/profits sharing. Busy season is typical of the industry, however, coworkers work together to make it as easy as possible. You get the sense that you are part of a family while working there. Huge opportunity for career growth with numerous promotions in just a few years. All of the partners are phenomenal and care about their employees' careers. 10/10

None noted. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. You will be expected to work hard as is typical of any CPA firm.
