Not only do they fail to foster an inclusive environment fit for growth, incompetent managers belittle you and refuse to properly give training. The company itself is riddled with problems. I reported my abusive manager to HR and was gaslighted and was instead to told to "manage up" and that I needed to disclose any medical conditions.
