Pros

Good medical plan if you need surgery or family planning. Decent 401K and match Some good mid managers like my boss If you like small spaces, uncomfortable quiet and the chance to do multiple jobs for one check then you should be happy here. A great place to build a resume. Learn Excel and other software. Some departments get to meet celebrities, if that is your thing than you might like marketing or publicity. You will get to attend lots of meetings, and even new people can participate. Lots of chances to learn organization and self-management. NYC Casual dress code

Cons

Too few really good middle managers like my boss Tiny cubicles Human Resource department works solely for management Low salaries and sketchy job descriptions Lots of temps, consultants and freelancers Very little room for career growth for the majority of employees People worry from quarter to quarter if they will have a job Disjointed work flow with key departments stuck in NJ Machines replacing people making the remaining people work even harder... Squeezed into Ground Zero or shoved in South Brunswick Turnover is high

Pros

Fully remote with all necessary tech provided, weekday schedule, great benefits, good leadership, small close-knit teams, generous PTO in addition to paid holidays

Cons

Base salary could be better but is offset with benefits package. Employee retention is high (a huge plus IMO) butcould limit upward mobility if you're looking for it.
