Pros
Good benefits (consistent medical / dental / vision plans with Aetna) No micromanagement Good culture - most employees are friendly and helpful, and this has been one of the best working environments of my professional career The good benefits and good company culture almost made up for the cons, and if not for the cons, I never would have left.
Cons
Overworked for low pay (across all positions) Some old school practices / mentalities Not enough room for growth / no where for employees to voice their opinions and ideas for moving forward No defined SOPs (up to employee to figure out their own processes) Middle management is over-worked and often unavailable to help those reporting to them Very little diversity
