      Great pay and get to have 3 days off fri,sat,sun Job is easy

      Cons

      New employees come n go They don’t hire people who smoke weed U leave until work is done you’ll come in a 10:00 am and leave around 10:00pm would usually leave around 6:30pm-7:30pm Short handed always If u stand up for urself n disobey they commands they’ll replace

      Pros

      Company vehicle, flexible schedule, decent pay, fun work environment, owner seems genuine and a great guy.

      Cons

      Management can’t lead, and not focused on making money, demands weekly in person meetings at no pay, constantly criticizing your work daily, doesn’t appreciate good employees that show up and put in work daily, management frequently makes mistakes and cost you money, zero support nor encouragement.
