Paperless, cloud based system allows ease of working remotely.

Disproportionate distribution of staff/seniors/managers leading to much cross over between duties. Unclear salary progression across promotions. Less presence than the Big 4 accounting firms

Great environment and coworkers. Overall great.

Pay was not the best. They have a lot of capital and could be using it to pay their employees better
