Pros
This is a good company to work for. Most of the time Remote working is acceptable, so don't always have to report into the office. They really try to provide a good balance between work and personal time. They have a use it or lose it leave policy, which makes you take the time, which is good. When they bought our company, I did not lose the time I worked at the other company; Harris absorbed the time. The Benefit package is outstanding with this company. The best I have ever had.
Cons
Because the management structure of the company is very flat, (i.e., my immediate supervisor is a VP), sometimes getting information from upper management can be hard, because they are spread too thin.
