Pros
Harris offers challenging and rewarding jobs that you can turn in to a career. They are a "lean" company but there are lots of perks including stock matching (check out CSU:TSX), a variety of bonuses/merit pay, very good health/benefits package. If you're looking for a trendy, start-up type environment, Harris may not be for you but if you are looking for a job you can really sink your feet into and make a difference, consider a job with a Harris company.
Cons
As stated above, it's not necessarily "sexy", startup type work. It's working on health, utilities, financial, government. Yaaaawwwwnnn! ;) It's not for everybody, in that regard.
