Pros
Great co-workers (can't stress this enough). Flexible work hours. Option to work from home from time to time. Decent pay. A new big project on the horizon.
Cons
Lack of training for new members. Horrible time management from project leads. Need of overtime to meet goals. The product is based on old technology. Constantly sacrificing quality to meet times. All products lack of ease-of-use. No room for professional growth. You are either programmer or lead.
