Learning something new ever week in a Unique Corporate Business Model - Vice President of Sales and Marketing Harris Computer Employee Review

Harris was a great learning opportunity. I was exposed to many things that in most other companies I would never had the opportunity to participate in such as M&A activities including due diligence. I learned a lot from the "good financial discipline brings good business discipline philosophy" of Harris. I knew I learned quite a few things at Harris but I didn't really realize how much I learned until working in a new position outside of Harris. Their unique way of running business units (divisions) as their own mini corporations gave alot of autonomy as a leader at the business unit level that you do not have in any other 10,000+ employee company.
