Below average pay, takes a while to implement changes for the better, but so worth it

You get to do a bit of traveling to cover company events.

As far as technology's concerned, they're way behind. They started me on an old Surface tablet that could barely handle running Creative Cloud (which I also didn't initially have access to even though it was known that I would need it). They also recently purchased a digital display system that no one knew how to use, and start-up was a complete mess. The majority of the staff are also older and pretty set in their ways.
