The salary is competitive The training and technical knowledge available is fantadgic

Cons

There is a lack of agency with running your own caseload, a lot of steps are outsourced to outside Counsel and reviews by senior members of staff happen at every stage of the claim

Great family feel to the firm, friendly staff and have always been fully supported. Flexible working policy. Town centre location. Good benefits package.

No parking but can use the Park and ride

Pros

- Not a lot, case management system is ok - salary is ok

Cons

- severe micromanagement (you cannot think for yourself and every single thing you do is checked- you can't even send an email!) - severe condescension (talked down to all the time, they talk bad about other staff members to you) - lack of progression - directors have all the power (you can't go against them at all) - no support (management don't want to help you, you get told to "ask someone else" or "read the guidance notes)
