Good purpose/Horrible management - Anonymous employee Harris Health Employee Review

Management is poor, at best. Employees that possess tremendous amount of value and knowledge are not cared for. Management is concerned with their professional growth and reputations instead of the business, which doesn't make sense at all. People are being laid off while senior administrators command salaries that are above the market rate; HR justifies this in order to be competitive with the market. The people that are actually doing the work make are not paid nearly as much as they are worth.
