      Great organization. Multiple hospitals and clinic locations in Harris County. Excellent benefits package. I worked for this organization at Ben Taub General Hospital for over 18 years.

      Cons

      Patients are often homeless or transient and have difficulty keeping their appointments.

      Pros

      Wellness is taken very seriously and there are lots of opportunities for practicing it.

      Cons

      It is very cliquish and while they say the right things about psychological safety, authenticity, etc but I definitely don’t feel it.
