Really good training, and a fun place to work at. They take coffee seriously without being too pretentious.

Wide variety of quality between the working on the different stores.

Very inclusive and friendly environment, really good opportunities for growth if you are interested in speciality coffee. Unlimited free house-made drinks on and off shift, shift meal and 50% off food off-shift.

Pay increase from barista to shift leader and shift leader to assistant manager is pennies, not matched to the pretty huge workload increase. Constantly understaffed leading to lots of overworking and stressful shifts when a team member is absent.
