Pros
Pay is decent, job stability is good. You have the chance to work on some one of a kind structures.
Cons
Limited oppurtunities for vertical advancement (especially if your skin has any melatonin in it). The entire upper management team across the company is 99% caucasian. Management doesnt really care about the employees. Save yourself the headache and apply for one of the competitors, they pay better and have better benefits.
