Pros
- Good management in the field - supply all the tools/equipment needed for work - safety focused company - Some Forman are amazing to work with and teach new workers what to do before doing it
Cons
- Some Foreman/lead hands won’t teach you what you’re doing wrong but will scream at you because you’re doing it wrong. - Hire new workers even when it’s slow. - Some foreman will work 10-12 hour days (and Saturday’s for 8 hours) while other workers are sitting at home with no work because it’s “slow” instead of working 8 hours with 1-2 extra guys. - saturdays are “optional” but they get mad when you don’t work. - they give away too many jobs then complain about being slow in the winter - most workers (around 90%) complain and tell bosses about not wanting to work with a foreman but nothing happens.
