Pros

- Partners are actually the nicest and kindest lawyers I have ever worked with, They are funny and social and treat the employees as their equals. which was really refreshing to see. - Management isn't always the best depending on who you are dealing with. However they tend to be pretty helpful and understanding. - most people at the firm are very friendly. - the office is very generous to their staff.

Cons

- the clerks that have been here 10 plus years are very clicky and judgmental to new staff. They take a long time to warm up to you and a longer time to trust you with tasks.

Pros

Not really any pros to working there. The only thing I guess would be a nice benefits package.

Cons

Where to start... -Extremely judgmental work environment. You feel like everyone is smiling at your face, and the next talking behind your back. if you choose to eat alone, you will be treated badly. - Salary is the bare minimum they can pay you, for the work you do. They also don't have any technological advances in place. You must file for the majority of the job. -Worst management support. They do not ensure you are fully trained, then penalize you when you "aren't doing it right". -Management also gets special treatment, leaving you unattended to do the work of the whole department. -Severely unstaffed(probably because of how terrible of a place it is). -Poor workflow

Pros

They gave me a job during COVID when I really needed it. If you can survive here, you can survive almost anywhere.

Cons

Senior clerks are allowed to run wild — verbally abusive, controlling, and completely unaccountable. Lawyers and partners are barely present in the office, which leaves new hires at the mercy of toxic staff. Micromanagement, emotional manipulation, and constant gaslighting. High turnover because nobody stays once they see what it's really like. Zero growth opportunities. Just piling on more tasks until you're burnt out. Management turns cold and petty once you hand in notice — pure unprofessionalism.
