Any and all pros existed before the company was sold to Kroger.
Cons
The pay was not up to par considering the weight of the responsibilities set at the time. Raises were an absolute joke and pretty insulting in all honesty. work life balance was absolutely abysmal and there was a heavy vibe of "It's not what your know, it's who you know." consistently present.
