Cons

Uppers will not let you hold associates accountable for bad behavior. Your expected to give warning after warning before any paper trail. Promotions can be difficult for someone who doesn’t “follow the crowd “.

Pros

department managers are great. Good people to work with. You may get moved around from store to store, not great if you have to open. The scheduling is a favorites game, so work hard and do your job.

Cons

you can get moved around a lot. your shift isn't always going to be the same.
