Great Benefits, Profit sharing checks, 401k.. Paid vacation, Paid holidays, etc... You can grow in the company
Cons
Terrible pay, unless your are co manager and store manager. But realize those managers have NO life. Harris Teeter is a very bias company... It's not what it use to be before Kroger took over.
