Pros
they are fair about your schedule,at least,I was...never had too many problems with getting time off,hours are very flexible ....I can't complain about that,was always treated fairly .....
Cons
the only downside to working for this company....depending on your district manager and the manager,most of the time it was a good place to work,however....watch what you say to customers....they are extremely sensitive to anything you say and watch the tone of your voice,according to my former boss,she said it's not what you say,it's how you put it.
