No room to advance but great job - Cashier Harris Teeter Employee Review

Too many kids are hired It's rare to be promoted or learn more than what they first taught you. I wanted to learn so much more, I was the fastest cashier, yet people hired after me got advanced farther than I did. Managers play favorites. Also, it's IMPOSSIBLE to get full time so don't even try, same with raises.
