Poor management, employees are treated horribly and often forced to work past their shifts constantly without appreciation, terrible communication between management and associates, training program in corporate doesn’t match what you will actually be doing in stores, insurance is offered to full time employees but is not affordable, company policy on breaks and meals is constantly violated and associates are forced to work with no breaks or lunches, management makes associates feel their job is in jeopardy creating very stressful work environment, scheduling for full time employees is unreasonable and management will not approve requested days off even when given proper notice. Upper management is often lazy and do a poor job at balancing delegation and direct physical involvement, which brings morale down. Overall this is not a good company to work for if you’re looking to make a career for yourself.
