Pros
Harris Teeter has a decent bonus structure if you are in a profitable store. They are expanding in most areas as well so there are opportunities to advance.
Cons
Management tends to show subordinates up on the sales floor and not behind closed doors. Besides the bonus program the rest of the benefits package is pretty weak.
