      Harris Teeter empowers employees to make decisions. I started out at $8.50 an hour. The company matches 401k contributions. They also work well with availability changes.

      Harris Teeter doen not let us keep our tips. We are not sure what they do with our tips.

      Pros

      Decent people, make connections, pay, and hours are just okay.

      Cons

      Management sucks. If you fall victim to bullying, nobody cares/does anything. Working there from 16 to now (barely anymore), it was hard to be happy at all about going in when working with a specific manager who constantly nitpicked and talked behind your back.
