Great bonus potential for ALL employees, great vacation/personal hour scale, fast paced and every day is interesting. Customer base is primarily kind.
Cons
Mico Management, 'On Call' procedures odd, open MOST holidays and will not pay time and half for working, non regulars are rude and misinformed, management concerned over making labor/bonus than building great staff
