Pros
Harris Teeter has a good training system. HT actually have program plan for what classes you need to take, what homework you must get done in addition to your jobs on the sales floor, which all sum up to you must learn how to manage your time and prioritize your tasks.
Cons
Labor management could at times baffles you to on ends. Upper management will give you advice on what you need to do to get the job done, but then gives you even more reason why they will not provide you witht the resource for you to do what you need to do because the job market doesn't support it--sales down, expense up, etc.
