Pros

Profit sharing bonus checks twice a year based on your earnings. 10% discount on HT brand products. Sometimes there are items that are free for a week to employees. 401K with employer matching.

Cons

The company leaves every department under staffed while still expecting amazing results. Starbucks is an off shoot of fresh foods and thought of last in all respects. There is little to no opportunity for full-time work and only full-time employees have health coverage. There is no tipping allowed.

Pros

Decent people, make connections, pay, and hours are just okay.

Cons

Management sucks. If you fall victim to bullying, nobody cares/does anything. Working there from 16 to now (barely anymore), it was hard to be happy at all about going in when working with a specific manager who constantly nitpicked and talked behind your back.
