Pros
Overall it is a good company to work for. If you do a good job within your department you will get a decent amount of hours if you are part time, however this doesn't apply to full time because you get almost 40 anyways. The customers are very friendly. It is a good environment to work in and it would make a good place of employment for anyone still in high school or college depending on your availability.
Cons
It is very easy to get written up or a "discussion point" over very small things. If you are using incorrect safety practices for example and they watch the cameras you will get in trouble. Oftentimes you are scheduled in the middle of the day, maybe a shift from 12 to 8 or 2 to 10, it can be very inconvenient especially on the weekends..
