      Harris teeter will only hold you accountable if you steal from them. Other than that you can do whatever you want

      Cons

      If you take pride in your work then steer clear. Harris teeter has become increasingly more and more afraid of their own employees over the years. At this point their are no expectations and HR will not allow you to hold anyone accountable.

      Pros

      Decent people, make connections, pay, and hours are just okay.

      Cons

      Management sucks. If you fall victim to bullying, nobody cares/does anything. Working there from 16 to now (barely anymore), it was hard to be happy at all about going in when working with a specific manager who constantly nitpicked and talked behind your back.
