Pros

They reimburse you for dinner and rides if you work for over 12 hours a day!

Cons

The most self-absorbed, mediocre, insufferable group of people I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. Full of state schoolers who overglorify and drool at the thought of working at a “private equity real estate shop.” Gaslights analysts into believing that their culture is amazing and that working 70+ hours a week is a widespread industry norm. If you love hazing, have no hobbies, and you’re white, then HS is perfect for you. Any remotely discerning individual leaves after a short period of time to find work at a better shop. Oh and don’t bother putting in the work or hours to gain recognition because the only people who will get rewarded are the jerks who’ve been with the company since its early days.
