Pros

Call center associates are helpful and great to work with. Schedules are somewhat flexible and you are allowed to post your shift if needed. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed, but during "season", it can get hectic and stressful. The management within the Call Center is very associate-centric and has our backs when deserved.

Cons

The pay is not commensurate with job duties. The change in policy regarding employee discounts was a bad call and has resulted in fewer employee purchases. The Corporate management is out of touch with what is going on and surrounds themselves with yes-men.

Pros

Easy, laid-back environment. Decent work-life balance. Overtime during the seasonal month.

Cons

Lackluster management, lack of communication between departments and shifts. Not much overtime throughout the year.
