      Great location. Many levels which opens opportunities to promote up. Good communication between departments. Brain storming is encouraged. Some creative freedom.

      Bankruptcy and brand changes have undermined the stability and possible long term future for employees.

      Easy, laid-back environment. Decent work-life balance. Overtime during the seasonal month.

      Cons

      Lackluster management, lack of communication between departments and shifts. Not much overtime throughout the year.
