Pros
Rogue Valley, weekends off, good brand name. They have experts at the SVP and EVP level who have mastered the recipes for "kool aid".
Cons
Horrible management at VP level and above, no strategy, gossiping, back-stabbing, survival of the fittest and the dumbest. For those who live in the valley it's like having your own dysfunctional TV show to tune into every week. Titles change, people change weekly.
