      Pros

      Hourly pay higher than other retailers, good accumulation of PTO, holiday pay. Great customers. Manager willing to work with you for days off.

      Cons

      Not given enough payroll to operate store the way company expects. Health Insurance reduced over years. Manager is useless.

      Pros

      Easy, laid-back environment. Decent work-life balance. Overtime during the seasonal month.

      Cons

      Lackluster management, lack of communication between departments and shifts. Not much overtime throughout the year.
