      Fun,fair, open to new ideas and suggestions. CEO down to earth, very helpful, willing to try new ideas to improve stores, staff, and sales.

      Cons

      Some problems with replenishment turnaround and moving slow sellers out of store.

      Easy, laid-back environment. Decent work-life balance. Overtime during the seasonal month.

      Cons

      Lackluster management, lack of communication between departments and shifts. Not much overtime throughout the year.
