Pros
I had a great manager, my team was nice, the work was simple and easy, medical and dental benefits were pretty good, you get a good discount and giveaways for fruit happen, half day fridays in summer
Cons
Management is generally not great, I got lucky with my manager. There were some sexist/racist comments that would happen and some managers were in on those conversations. Raises are only once a year and are minimal. The work was remedial and boring, it was the same thing everyday.
