Business outlook
Pros
Great place to grow in personal leadership skills. Several new members of field leadership have been added, and have challenged me to grow like never before. There is a strong focus on talent development and in store customer focus. Previous focus was too much about checklists and tasked which didn't make me a leader, just a manager.
Cons
Only opportunity that the company has is technology. Upgrades are happening but still need more for total retail success. Also while new leadership has been on boarded, tenure leadership still in the business is stifling growth. If you like the old way of doing things, you are only holding back success.
