      Great brand history and many good people.

      Cons

      High turnover among leadership. Lack of vision, direction, and innovation. Executive mindset is "do what we've always done".

      Easy, laid-back environment. Decent work-life balance. Overtime during the seasonal month.

      Cons

      Lackluster management, lack of communication between departments and shifts. Not much overtime throughout the year.
