      Pros

      The best thing about this job is I work from home.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive and they schedule 10 hrs a day/6 days a week without telling you up front. I probably wouldn't have taken the job had I known this. Also really long wait for orders to input the way they do things.

      Pros

      Easy, laid-back environment. Decent work-life balance. Overtime during the seasonal month.

      Cons

      Lackluster management, lack of communication between departments and shifts. Not much overtime throughout the year.
