Holiday pay Paid time off Laid back but boring in the off season

Cons

Only get good overtime hours for 2 months out of the year Your seasonal staff is a bunch of unmotivated kids, junkies, and people who hardly show up and keep busy

Easy, laid-back environment. Decent work-life balance. Overtime during the seasonal month.

Cons

Lackluster management, lack of communication between departments and shifts. Not much overtime throughout the year.
