      Cross trained and great trainers.

      Too much info for such a short time of working fro them when your seasonal. Short breaks.

      Easy, laid-back environment. Decent work-life balance. Overtime during the seasonal month.

      Cons

      Lackluster management, lack of communication between departments and shifts. Not much overtime throughout the year.
