      Consistent work and supervisors. Every year I return it is status quo and the pay is always good.

      Cons

      Hurry up and wait - since we are a service "provider" for a "product" that is only needed when someone orders. SO we wait - for orders.

      Pros

      Easy, laid-back environment. Decent work-life balance. Overtime during the seasonal month.

      Cons

      Lackluster management, lack of communication between departments and shifts. Not much overtime throughout the year.
