Pros
New training in computer systems, updated some old skills in MS Outlook, enjoyed talking to people and helping them upgrade their orders when there were problems. I love Harry and David's policy of upgrading gifts if they didn't receive an order in the way they should have. I was happy for the opportunity, as I was returning to work for the first time in a long time. I'd go back again.
Cons
No benefits and the pay isn't great, but there are opportunities for working throughout the year.
