Pay is competitive. Good opportunities to be promoted from within.
Cons
Worse culture I’ve ever worked in. Very unorganized, Chronic unresolved system issues. Horrible HR department. No work life balance. Constant layoffs. High management turnover due to poor senior executive leadership. No good retirement- the worse contribution to 401k. It’s basically a savings plan.
