Pros
No matter how long you have been with the company you are told how valued you are with the company. These managers make sure you know your work is appreciated. I work from home near a distribution center there is a lot of free give aways most of them are food. There is also a very generous employee discount.
Cons
I have not yet found a con to this position. Pay could be better but It's not terrible considering other added bonuses
