Pros
There are people who have spent their whole careers at H&D. Wonderful people, hard-working, dedicated, customer focused people - who go out of their way to be kind to one another and helpful.
Cons
Salary and commission are not at living wage. Management is constantly throwing new initiatives at staff while expecting them to keep up with older projects. A lot going on in every different direction.
